Requirement/Duties:
A full-time Live in Houseman/Butler is needed for the maintenance of a high-end home in Southampton. Responsibilities include but are not limited to.
• Home Organizing. Detailed cleaning.
• Care for fine furniture, and serving at formal & cocktail parties
• Greeting guests, answering the phone.
• Care for vehicles and driving principal/guest.
• Must be a team player, work next to housekeeper and chef.
• Running errands, taking care of one dog.
• Maintain outdoor furniture, familiar with household mechanical systems and perform routine inspections: Pool and spa.
Schedule of employment:
In Season (June to Oct) is Tuesday to Sunday.
Off Season (Nov to Apr) Monday to Friday.
However, position will be live in all year long. Candidate must speak fluent English. Must have checkable references as well.
