A wonderful client in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Live-In Domestic Couple to care for their 17,000 sq. ft. home, situated on 17,000 sq. ft. of land. This is a casual but well-maintained household, and the family is looking for a friendly, responsible, and self-motivated couple for a long-term position.

 Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Private, newly renovated 2-bedroom housing provided on the property.

 Compensation & Benefits:

 Salary: $170,000–$180,000 per couple, depending on experience

• 1 month paid vacation
• 50% paid health insurance

 Job Responsibilities:

 For Him (Primarily Outdoor Responsibilities):

• Lawn care: mowing, seeding, fertilizing, planting flowers
• General grounds keeping and exterior maintenance
• Care for chickens 
• Vendor management and oversight of repairs
• Driving for errands and appointments
• Occasional heavy or deep cleaning
• Maintenance of household tools and equipment

For Her (Primarily Indoor Responsibilities):

• Full housekeeping of the residence
• Deep cleaning, organizing, and maintaining fine surfaces
• Laundry and ironing, including care for delicate items
• Cooking lunch daily and occasional dinners
• Silver polishing and care of fine household items

Ideal Couple:

• Friendly, trustworthy, and hard-working
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Previous experience working as a domestic couple in a large home preferred
• Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity
