Requirement/Duties:
Active busy family seeking a professional chef. Candidate must have experience working in formal homes & preparing meals for parties of up to 20 people. Responsibilities include Full food preparation/cooking, creating menus, ability to set/serve, food inventory management/oversee all aspects of the kitchen.
Additional qualifications for this role also include.
Formal Serving, Strong cooking skills, Team player Sharp, Not a loud person, Must speak Fluent English, organized, proactive, must drive +car and flexible to travel, grocery shopping and must be flexible to work holidays.
Candidate needs to have ability to prepare both family style meals and Upscale Cuisine (Michelin-Level preferable), using only the highest quality local organic ingredients and fruit of the garden. Someone dynamic.
Ideal person is happy, upbeat, organized, takes pride in their work and great communication skills.
Must have great long term references, child and pet friendly.
