Requirement/Duties:
Live in Houseman needed for a family in Long Island.
Schedule is live in from Wednesday morning – Monday morning.
Formal house.
Job requirements:
Clean fire places,work as a handy man making sure to change bulbs as needed,restock water as needed,empty trash,maintain garage,washing windows,clean terrace,take care of cars, making sure there is a fuel in luxury cars,assist with heavy lifting.
Walk dogs,take care of vendors and take care of terrace,blow leaves, clean outdoor pool area and tennis court,light gardening,power wash gates and walls and tennis court,clean gutters,run errands.
Self starter
Fluent English speaking.
Must drive,do shopping and errands.
Team player.
Pet friendly.
Candidate must have 6 plus years of verifiable references working for families.
Interviews will be this week and job starts A.S.A.P.
