A private family seeks an exceptional, full-time live-out housekeeper for a 5-story luxury Manhattan townhouse. This is a long-term role for a highly experienced professional accustomed to formal homes and very high standards.

Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 10am–6pm (weekends required; flexibility for events)

Responsibilities:

• Full-charge housekeeping to the highest standard
• Expert laundry, ironing, and care of fine and expensive fabrics
• Care of valuable art, décor, linens, furnishings, and clothing
• Household inventory management, vendors, dry cleaning, tailoring, florals
• Light dog care and assistance with formal entertaining

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in luxury private homes/townhouses
• Formal housekeeping background preferred
• Fluent English required; Spanish a plus
• Professional, discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Team player; computer/text savvy
• Strong long-term references
