Executive Assistant near Coconut Grove needed

If you are a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who can support both professional and personal responsibilities for a principal and family relocating from New York to Coconut Grove, Miami, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can seamlessly manage a mix of business and personal tasks.

The position will be based in Coconut Grove and requires working in person five days per week, supporting both a home office and an external office location as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Assist with email management and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel, reservations, and logistics
  • Help organize files, documents, and ongoing projects
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and business contacts
  • Coordinate household vendors, repairs, and maintenance
  • Assist with personal scheduling and family logistics
  • Help organize events, appointments, and travel plans
  • Run occasional errands and coordinate deliveries
  • Maintain organization across personal and work priorities

Ideal candidate is extremely organized and detail-oriented, professional, discreet, and trustworthy, comfortable managing both personal and business tasks, has strong communication and problem-solving skills, is tech-savvy. Spanish speaking is a plus.
