This HNW family needs a local houseman who knows the area around Southampton and has experience with fine homes. Job is year-round even when family is not there. In the wintertime schedule is Mon-Fri. Candidate must be neat and active, have his own car, legal to work, a self-starter who takes pride in this work. During summer 7-7, otherwise 7-3PM. 

Schedule is 5 days flexible and salary is $110,000 plus healthcare after 6 months.
