A private individual in Manhattan is seeking an experienced Housekeeper for a formal, high-end private residence.

Compensation:
$40–$55 per hour, DOE, on the books

Schedule:
Friday through Monday
12:30 PM–3:30 PM or 1:00 PM–4:00 PM
AND
6:30 PM–10:30 PM or 6:00 PM–10:00 PM
(Break between shifts)

Responsibilities:
• Detailed housekeeping and daily upkeep of the residence
• Laundry 
• Meal service
• Light cooking as needed
• Grocery shopping as needed
• Occasional vendor supervision
• Occasional driving

Requirements:
• Significant experience working in formal or semi-formal private homes
• Previous experience serving high-net-worth and/or ultra-high-net-worth families
• Knowledge of proper care and handling of fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, luxury finishes, and valuable household items
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain exceptionally high standards
• Fluent English
• Valid driver's license
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent verifiable references

This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a highly refined private household environment and understands the standards, discretion, and level of care expected in luxury residences.
