A busy private family in Chelsea is seeking an experienced, professional, and energetic Live-In Rotational Nanny to primarily care for their 2-year-old son. The family has three children, ages 2, 4, and 7.

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off or 14 days on / 14 days off
Position: Live-in during working rotation
Compensation: $45/hour gross + health insurance
Travel: Frequent domestic and international travel

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children
• Primarily care for the 2-year-old boy while assisting with the older children as needed
• Prepare healthy snacks and assist with meals
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate and educational activities
• Adapt to changing routines and a busy household schedule

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of professional childcare experience
• Strong, long-term and checkable references 
• U.S. passport required for domestic and international travel
• Fluent English
• Flexible and comfortable with frequent, sometimes last-minute travel
• Swimming skills 
• Previous live-in or rotational nanny experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and confident driving skills a plus
