A private family is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly discreet Newborn Care Specialist. The ideal candidate is exceptionally calm, quiet, kind, and respectful of the family's privacy and personal space.

Start Date: Approximately April 1, 2027, for a 4-month commitment 

Schedule: 2 weeks on, 24/7, followed by 1–2 days off

Compensation: $450–$500/day

Location: Primarily Tribeca, NYC, with domestic travel required. The family will spend at least the month of July in the Hamptons. International travel is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Full care of the baby, including feeding, changing, bathing, and establishing a consistent routine
• Baby laundry and organization
• Tummy time and age-appropriate activities
• Taking the baby outside for walks
• Sleep training and establishing a solid sleep schedule
• Maintaining a clean and organized nursery and baby areas

Requirements:

• Extensive professional newborn experience with excellent, verifiable references
• Expert knowledge of newborn sleep training and establishing routines
• Comfortable being around other young children in the household; the NCS will not be responsible for their care
• Flexible and willing to travel domestically; international travel experience is a plus
