A busy private family is seeking a professional and experienced Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper to care for three children, a 2-year-old boy and girls ages 4 and 7. This is a very busy household with staff, so the ideal candidate is flexible, organized, energetic, and a strong team player.

Schedule: Thursday–Monday, live-in. Candidate arrives Thursday at 12 PM and leaves Monday at 9 AM. Tuesday and Wednesday off.

Compensation: $40/hour + benefits + $125 overnight fee

Responsibilities:

Approximately 60% childcare and 40% housekeeping. Responsibilities include preparing breakfast for the children, taking them to school and activities, helping with dinner, caring for the children, and keeping the home tidy and clean. Weekends are spent in Sleepy Hollow, at the family’s other residence.

Requirements:

• Professional nanny experience with reliable references
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to a busy household
• Strong team player who works well with household staff
• Must be comfortable around and in a pool
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to spend weekends in Sleepy Hollow
• Willing and able to travel with the family
• Driving is a plus
