A private family is seeking an experienced, reliable, and trustworthy Live-Out Housekeeper to care for their duplex apartment.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
Start Date: January 4, 2027
Compensation: $40/hour

Responsibilities:

The Housekeeper will be responsible for daily cleaning and detailed housekeeping, including dusting, vacuuming, organizing and maintaining the household, as well as handling and caring for valuable antiques, fine art, and furnishings with the utmost attention to detail. Responsibilities will also include food shopping and grocery errands, assisting with meal preparation, and setting and clearing the dining table.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in private, high-end homes
• Excellent cleaning and organizational skills
• Experience working around antiques, fine art, and valuable furnishings
• Extremely reliable, trustworthy, and discreet
• Must be comfortable around dogs — the family has one dog
• Excellent references from previous private household employers
• Fluent in English
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
