We seek a professional and experienced Houseman/Butler for a prestigious 6-story townhouse in New York City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of household operations, ensuring the residence runs smoothly, and providing exceptional service during formal meals and events.

·       Hands-on experience in building management.

·       Organize property maintenance scheduling.

·       Upkeep of the townhouse, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance. 

·       Supervise and coordinate with contractors and work alongside the handyman.

·       Assist the current Butler with serving formal meals and hosting private parties and events.

·       Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude

·       Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

·       Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

·       Must be flexible to work late hours, weekends, and holidays as required by the family’s needs.

·       Must have verifiable REFERENCES in Private Service or similar.

·       Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder
