Requirement/Duties:
A single lady in Greenwich CT is looking to hire a careker to take care of her hugh Estate in Greenwich,CT.
Caretaker must have experience how to take care of boilers,freezing pipes,running the faucets daily,flushing the toilets daily,cleaning the gutters,cleaning fallen trees which happens frequently due to bad weather.
Cleaning gutters,pool maintenance.
Mowing the lawn during the spring and summer months.
Remove the leaves during fall season and in winter snow removal.
Interacting with vendors.
House is used seasonally from Memorial Day to labor day and rest of the year maintain the house daily.
Fluent English speaking
Must have valid driver's license and car to get to the property.
Pet friendly.
Hands on.
Candidate must have 5-10 years of experience working in a good household.
