Must be someone that has experience working in a large property. Able to drive, welcome guests, child/dog friendly and a great team player.

Familiarity with basic mechanical (HVAC, BMS, alarm system, plumbing, AV, pools, etc), electrical, water, and electronic systems, as well as all aspects of residential service. Keep inventory and reports.

You have to run errands, care for vendors, deliveries, assist other housekeepers with heavy cleaning, care for outdoor furniture and participate in projects.

 Someone flexible, able to multitask and ready to wear many hats!

 Must have formal experience and at least 5 yrs’ references with one family only.

 Requirements:

 Fluent English

 Clean driving license

 Someone who understands a client’s privacy

 Must have long term references working in private formal homes
