Requirement/Duties:
    This good family, living on the North Shore and in New York City, wants to employ a live-in Facilities Manager to care for their several properties. Job is in Port Washington and involves overseeing and coordinating everything on the property. Must interact with vendors, painters, landscapers, pool people. Should have handyman skills and pitch in wherever needed. Responsibilities include: flexibility to handle various tasks, work 5 days that include weekends.. All qualified applicants should be able to work weekends, flexible to work on holidays, have a car with valid driver's license, have 5+ years experience, be legal to work, speak excellent English, be Covid vaccinated, work well with others, be polished and presentable, detail oriented, have good references at similar homes.
