Formal household seeking a professional chef. Candidate must have experience working in formal homes.

Responsibilities include Full food preparation/cooking, creating menus, grocery shopping, ability to set/serve, food inventory management/oversee all aspects of the kitchen.

Additional qualifications for this role also include:

Formal serving, strong cooking skills, team player, sharp, not a loud person, must speak fluent English (well spoken), organized, proactive, drive +car, able to travel and must be flexible to work holidays.

Candidate needs to have the ability to prepare both family style meals and Upscale Cuisine, using only the highest quality local organic ingredients and fruits of the garden. Someone dynamic.

 Schedule: 6 Months in Florida & 6 months in NY

Traveling: Nantucket, MA and Jackson Hole, WY 

Ideal person is happy, upbeat, organized, takes pride in their work, great communication skills and preferable with no attachments.
