This is a semiformal home, must know how to take care of arts, antiques, fine furniture, polish silver and must know how to organize closets.  

Must have great laundry, ironing skills. Care of expensive, delicate fabrics. Hand wash, steaming and sewing when needed.  

Care for vendors, deliveries, contractors. Answering the phone, take messages.

Someone smart with common sense, proactive and willing to commit for a long term. 

Housekeeper must be flexible to live in Summertime Hampton.
