A high end family in Long island is looking to hire a live out Groundskeeper.

Schedule Monday - Friday 8-4.

Must have formal household experience working for high end family with minimum 5 + years of verifiable references.

Team player.

Excellent English speaking.

Must drive.

Detail oriented.

Assist with cleaning,dusting,mopping,polishing and washing etc.

Running errands.

Assistance with estate systems such as HVAC, sprinkler and irrigation systems.

Preparing out door for various weather conditions.

Assist with the outdoor estate maintenance, such as pool equiments,lawn care,planting,fertilizing etc.

Must have 5 + year of verfiable references working for high end families.
