We seek a professional, flexible and experienced Houseman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of household operations, ensuring the residence runs smoothly, and providing exceptional service.

* Share responsibilities with current Housekeeper/Cook. 

* Organize property maintenance scheduling.

* Upkeep of the houses, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance. 

* Supervise and coordinate with contractors, vendors and deliveries.

* Handy work and keeping outdoor spaces tidy.

* Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

* Inventory management.

* Discreet, professional, and polished.

* Non-Smoker.

* Must drive + clean record.

* Must be flexible to work late hours, weekends, and holidays as required by the family’s needs.

* Must have verifiable REFERENCES working for High End Families.

* Comfortable with technology, smartphones, emails, etc.
